List of documents confirming the Customer's address

The following documents are accepted for the purposes of evidencing the Client’s permanent residence address:

1. Any up-to-date document issued by the competent authorities, indicating the Client’s address, not older than 3 months;
2. Employment confirmation issued by the employer not older than 3 months;
3. Confirmation of running business activity not older than 3 months;
4. Insurance health policy not older than 3 months;
5. Valid EU residence card;
6. Certificate of tax residence not older than 3 months;
7. Valid permanent residence visa;
8. Utility bill not older than 3 months;
9. Valid driving licence issued by competent authorities (if it provides information about the permanent residence address) .

Additionally, other document can be accepted by WealthSeed for the purposes of confirming the Client’s permanent residence address. Documents other than pointed above will be each time verified by WealthSeed in order to determine whether such documents are sufficient to evidence the permanent residence address.
