FAQ

To apply for a WealthSeed account, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

  • be 18 years old or older;
  • have a valid ID or Passport;
  • have any citizenship, except the USA citizenship;
  • have a residential address in the EU;
  • have a country of tax residence in the EU.
 

Via our application you can place trading orders 24/7.

During market trading hours, your orders will be automatically sent for execution.

Outside of market trading hours, your orders will be saved and sent for execution as soon as markets open.

In case of stocks and ETFs market trading hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.  CET (except for 15.04.2022, 18.04.2022, 26.12.2022).

In case of investment funds (including funds purchased within our managed investment portfolios), where general market trading hours do not apply, orders in the application are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and subsequently transferred to the transfer agent – a third party firm, that manages the operation.

We support key trading currencies: USD and EUR, and PLN – the local currency in our home market.

We also offer very attractive FX rates to transfer funds between your accounts.

On WealthSeed you can invest in:

  • shares from all around the world;
  • ETFs from all around the world;
  • mutual funds;
  • BlackRock® funds – in tailored specifically to your needs managed portfolios (available soon).

There is no minimum required balance on your investment account.

In case of stocks and ETFs there is no minimum order value on WealthSeed.

In case of managed investment portfolios, the minimum investment amount is PLN 100.

In the case of investment funds, the minimum investment is determined by the investment fund companies, as a part of the fund’s status/prospectus, separately for the first, and each subsequent purchase. For many funds, the minimum amount of the first investment is set at a very low level – starting from around PLN 100. Subsequent investments may be even lower.
